Project Overview

  • The roads in Wycliff were constructed ~ 55-60 years ago
  • Reached the end of their “useful life” - inefficient to maintain
  • Project will begin in the spring of 2026, and be completed in 2027
    • West side will begin first
  • Affinis Corp. is the engineering consultant
  • Project will be bid next week
    • Should have a contractor selected in mid-January
  • Contractor under contract in early February
  • Final public meeting to be hosted by City in mid-February

New sidewalk construction is planned to follow this route:

  • The east and west sides of the street from 103rd St to 105th St.
  • The west side from 105th St to 106th St.

New trees will be Lacebark Elms.

Wedd St - 105th Ter - Grant Ln

Wedd St Cul-De-Sac

New sidewalk construction is planned to follow this route:

  • The east side of the street from 104th St to Farley St.
  • The south side of 105th Ter, then follows the curve of Grant Ln on the east/north side.
  • At Wedd St. Cul-De-Sac, the sidewalk is to the east.

New trees will be Tulip Poplar, Swamp White Oak, and Ginkgo.

New sidewalk construction is planned to follow this route:

  • The north side of the street from 103rd St to the end.

New trees will be Princeton Elm.

New trees will be Red Oak and Black Tupelo.

  • The west side of Benson Dr from 104th Terr to W 104th St.

New trees will be Red Oak, Chinkapin Oak, and Tulip Poplar.
