Analyze the Causes

No real process to schedule clubs’ meetings. The advisors just schedule them on whatever day best suits them.

Athletic Directors have to call other Director to make sure date is non conflicting.

Whenever there is a scheduling conflict they have to go back and reschedule

Maintain the Gains

Results:

  • After the implementation process we have found that the leaders we originally spoke to said that they have thought communication has improved and according to our current data only 2 meetings have clashed in the past 2 months. This is a 90% improvement well over the 30% goal.

Maintain the Gains:

  • Implemented new metrics for ongoing monitoring

  • Trained all advisors how to use the google calendar
