- Fitout $500k

- Co-work Burn $320k (rent - rental income)

- Kyall Salary $150k (pro rata, rest for fundraising and investments)

- Other (legal etc. pro rata) $30k

= ~$1m (rough estimate)

Option 1 = approve budget and find new tenant for one side of the office asap until end of Q1

Option 2 = decline budget, get out of lease and close Upside co-working space asap
