Screens description

Registration

Easy registration via phone number with SMS confirmation.

During the first login the user will be offered to fill in or confirm the personal data: Name, company name, job title, date of birth, email.

Menu

The app has two menus. The bottom horizontal menu is made for fast access to the sections. The main vertical menu contains the list of all sections. Every menu item has an intuitive and visual graphics icon. It makes work with the app easy and user-friendly.

The items for the bottom menu can be chosen by an administrator from the main menu.

My events

In this section, a user will find all the events which he or she takes part in.

The events are visually separated. Every event block is interactive — a user will go to the event details screen when clicking the block.

Every event screen contains the complete event description and all the related documents.

From this screen, a user will also learn start and end time of the event and the venue. He or she can also contact the event curator from this page.

My schedule

The screen contains the individual schedule of the participant for every day of the event, starting from breakfast.

All the schedule items are interactive. A user will find here time, location, dress-code and any other info based on administrator preference.

The past events will be paler, so the following events become more accented.

My logistics

The screen has two subsections: travels and transfers. In “Travels” a user will find all the necessary info about flights, train and bus rides. From “Transfers” he or she will learn about the place and time of meeting for transfer to the hotel and back.

These subsections also contain contacts of related curators.

Hotel

In this section a user will find all the information about accommodation services: date and time of check in and check out, hotel facilities, accommodation cost, contacts of hotel curator.

The screen also can contain time and place of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, contacts of nutrition curator. The administrator can choose to make a separate section for the nutrition info.

City information

Here the participants can find information about the city of the event, about its sights, infrastructure facilities near the hotel and the weather in the days of the event.

The screen contains a city map. When a user clicks to the infrastructure objects, the app will offer him or her to call a taxi.

The screen also contains contacts of the curator accountable for tours organization.

Contacts

The section contains interactive cards with information about curators and event organizers. A card includes contacts, name, and the job title. A user can call or write a message to the curator clicking the relative item.

From this screen, a user can also go to the private chat with the chosen person.

Notifications

Via the app, you can send personal or public notifications for the event participants. The function “Reading confirmation” will help you to be assured that everyone is informed about the news and changes.

When a user opens a notification, the screen will be locked till the moment of clicking the button “I got it”. The administrator will get the reports of reading confirmation in a reader-friendly spreadsheet.

The notification can be repeated with SMS to achieve a higher chance of reading.

This screen shows news and notifications. The notifications are visually highlighted, so the participants didn’t miss them or forget something.
