    1. Successes:
      1. Wristbands were a huge hit
      2. Logistics ran smoothly
      3. Mascot appearances and race
    2. Challenges:
      • Heat was really tough - plan to push date back another week next year
      • T-shirt distribution and sizes - have new plan for next year
      • Counting $ and doing individualized prizes is very time consuming
  3. Agreed to support items for LIM Night on 11/14 in amount of $227.43
    • Marshmallows
    • Mini flashlights
    • Mints
    • Passport light-bulb stickers

End of September balance: $13,670.70

Total deposits: $13,653.69 (Fun Run, Raise Right, Spirit Wear)

Total debits: $6,094.48 (Staff appreciation, teacher stipends, event costs)

Balance as of today: $15,488.00 (Library book bins)

  1. Yearbook (Andersen)
    1. Pictures can be uploaded to https://www.plicbooks.com/go/4E5LWX
    2. The students have been busy taking pictures, and we will be uploading them next meeting.
    3. Yearbook store is live, so they can begin ordering. Yearbooks and shoutouts are *online only* this year.
  2. Family Activities (DiGiacinto/Kubik)
    • November - Private turkey give-away to several RC families
    • January - Family Movie Night
    • April - Family Game Night
  3. Spirit Wear (Brincks/Pappas)
    • 1st Place SpiritWear - online orders, ships directly to customer, open all year
    • 25% off November 4 - December 10
  4. Volunteer Coordination (Brincks/Pappas)
    • Parent Directories emailed September 10 - please continue to send inquiries to rockcreekpto@gmail.com
    • Per the District - events where adults will interact with children need to be in Better Impact (NOT SignUp Genius)
    • PTO will soon have access to Better Impact - cannot create events but can view volunteers

e. Fundraising (Whipple/Britt)

    • Fun Run Fundraiser Totals
      1. 13 Sponsors totaling $3,850; shirts cost $4,928.00
      2. Total Raised: $15,617.70
        1. Online: $7,450 (up from around $3,000 in 2023)
      3. Goal was $20,000, but were unsure because of losing 100 students to new boundaries
      4. Prizes distributed on 11/1
    • Skateland Fundraiser: $178
    • RaiseRight donations: $44.52 as of 11/5 - great deals coming up for the holidays

f. Staff Appreciation (Brincks/Pappas)

      • November - Hydration Station this week
      • December - working on a couple of appreciation ideas
