Box 1: Looks like we have a wee bit of fungus growing. Will it be a mushroom or won’t it?

Box 2: Not much happening yet. Fingers crossed we get some yummy mushrooms soon.

Box 1: The white spider web looking stuff is growing more. Still not sure how it grows a mushroom.

Box 2: Yay!! Something is finally happening in box 2. More weird looking fluffy stuff!!

Box 1: Looks like more fluffy white stuff growing. Doesn’t look like mushrooms to us!!

Box 2: More white fluffy stuff in the left corner is growing. It looks very strange.

Box 1: We finally can see some little white balls appearing which are starting to look like something.

Box 2: Woohoo, the white spidery stuff is spreading and we can see a few mushrooms appearing.

Box 1: The mushrooms are really starting to form now. Interesting how this box is spread out more than box 2.

Box 2: Lots of little mushrooms in the corner, with a few more coming here and there.

Box 1:Wow they have grown fast! We harvested the bigger mushrooms today.

Box 2: We took the bigger ones then and left the smaller ones. It’s interesting how many can grow in one spot!

Box 1: Lots of mushrooms! They smell really strong and the gills are nice and pink,

Box 2: They are huge, we let them grow over the weekend.

Look at our delicious mushrooms.

Box 2: Mmm yum look at our delicious quiche we made. We used broccoli and kale from our gardens too.

Box 1: Looks like our mushrooms are getting ready for our second harvest.

Box 2: Did you know that a mushroom can double its size in 24 hours.
