NEW! Measures of Growth & Performance

Per SB-070, LEAD Overall rating percentages will shift from 50% Professional Practice and 50% Student Growth to 70% Professional Practice and 30% Student Growth.

Principals, assistant principals, and leaders of others’ performance evaluation consists of the following measures for the 2023-24 SY:

  • 70% Professional Practice (LEAD competencies)
  • 30% Student Growth:
    • 20% Individual LEAD Goals
    • 10% Collective Measure= school-wide SLO Percent of Points Earned for SY 23-24
      • This calculation is generated in the LAT and can be viewed on the school-level SLO tab in the LAT. When SLOs are indicated as complete the team will apply to your School Measure.

NEW! Beginning of Year (BoY) Body Of Evidence (BoE) Collection and Progress Monitoring Document will be available in SchooMint

Use the BoE document during BoY conversations to document and progress monitor goals and agreed upon BoE. (Goals must be entered in the Goal section in SchoolMint)
