Hello and welcome to **HILTON PETALING JAYA**! We are thrilled you have joined our team and I’m personally very excited to introduce you to your new property.

Our purpose has guided us for more than 100 years. Our founder, Conrad Hilton, gave us this inspiration when he built our company on the belief that hospitality could be a force for good.

We will start by introducing you to your new hotel, including who your leaders are, as well some important information for you to know about our property. It is important as a (YOUR BRAND) Team Member, that you are both a hotel and a local expert, so becoming familiar with our rooms, amenities and hotel features as well as how we are connected to our local community is critically important.
