Manufacturing Facilities

  • We have three manufacturing Facilities
    • Mountain, WI
      • In Mountain, we produce parts in smaller quantities with a greater variety of parts, requiring us change tools an average of 20 times per day
      • We have 20 presses, that range in size from 30 to 610 tons
      • Our facility is 41,000 square feet
      • We work with 300+ different types of resins
      • We have an assembly area where we perform secondary work on the parts, as 30% of the parts we make require post molding operations
      • We are ISO 9001:2015 certified
    • Jackson, WI
      • In Jackson, we run a high volume of parts with less variety, requiring us to change tools an average of 4 to 6 times per day
      • We have 21 presses that range in size from 50 to 250 tons
      • Our facility is 30,000 square feet
      • We work with 50 different types of resins
      • We are ISO compliant
    • Ripon, WI
      • In Ripon, we have a manufacturing facility that is about 54,000 square feet and with enough room for up to 40 presses
      • We use this facility for warehouse space, and have future plans to use this space for additional manufacturing

Tooling Support

  • We have a full-service tooling department at our Mountain plant that builds, maintains, repairs, and modifies the molds used in our presses to manufacture plastic parts
  • We employ Journeyman toolmakers
  • We have a large tooling project management of up to 100 tools
  • We also use external tool manufacturing management with partners domestically and offshore

  • We have a Carbon 3D printer that allows us to perform short run production parts
  • We have multiple resin choices
  • This technology allows us to make parts in hours – not weeks!

  • We recently added new technology with a 3D Metal Printer, Mantle
  • Mantle allows us to accurately 3D print tool and die inserts in days, rather than the typical time frame of several weeks

Our Training Process

We offer a career path with an intentional training plan and assigned trainer. We can take an entry level individual, such as someone with no manufacturing experience, high school student, and/or Youth Apprenticeship student to a much higher skill level in as little as 2 weeks.

  • Production Operator Level 1– 2-week training plan with audit
  • Production Operator Level 2– 60-day training plan with audit
  • Material Handler – 5-week training plan
  • Setup Tech – 60-day training plan
  • Process Technician – approximately 1 year
