• Physical Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays 0545-0700
• Aerospace Studies Class: Tuesdays 1330-1445 for BC and Thursdays 1330-1445 for BCL
• Leadership Lab (LLAB): Thursdays 1445-1700

Physical Training-PT
Purpose: To Build Physical & Mental Discipline
• Cardio, strength, circuit training�• Prepare for Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA)�• Team-based workouts�• Accountability & standards
• Foster’s morale
• PFA: Push-ups, Sit-ups, 1.5 mile run
Leadership Lab-LLAB
Hands-On Leadership Training
• Drill & ceremonies�• Leadership exercises�• Guest speakers�• Professional development
• Allows cadets to develop confidence in their leadership skills
Field Training-FT
Summer Between AS200 & AS300
• 2–3 weeks�• Maxwell AFB�• Evaluated on leadership & adaptability�• Required to continue toward commissioning

Professional Development
