Between the Mountain and the Temple
اما يسوع فمضى الى جبل الزيتون. ثم حضر ايضا الى الهيكل في الصبح و جاء اليه جميع الشعب فجلس يعلمهم. و قدم اليه الكتبة و الفريسيون امراة امسكت في زنا و لما اقاموها في الوسط.
But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst,.
قالوا له يا معلم هذه المراة امسكت و هي تزني في ذات الفعل. و موسى في الناموس اوصانا ان مثل هذه ترجم فماذا تقول انت. (يو 8 : 1- 5)
they said to Him, "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. "Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?". (Joh 8 : 1 – 5)

و كان يسوع يتردد بعد هذا في الجليل لانه لم يرد ان يتردد في اليهودية لان اليهود كانوا يطلبون ان يقتلوه. (يو 7 : 1)
After these things Jesus walked in Galilee; for He did not want to walk in Judea, because the Jews sought to kill Him. (Joh 7 : 1)
قال لهم هذا و مكث في الجليل. و لما كان اخوته قد صعدوا حينئذ صعد هو ايضا الى العيد لا ظاهرا بل كانه في الخفاء. (يو 7 : 9 – 10)
When He had said these things to them, He remained in Galilee. But when His brothers had gone up, then He also went up to the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret. (Joh 7 : 9 – 10)

فطلبوا ان يمسكوه و لم يلق احد يدا عليه لان ساعته لم تكن قد جاءت بعد. (يو 7 : 30)
Therefore they sought to take Him; but no one laid a hand on Him, because His hour had not yet come. (Joh 7 : 30)

و لما اقاموها في الوسط. قالوا له يا معلم هذه المراة امسكت و هي تزني في ذات الفعل.

ماذا تقول أنت ؟
What do you say?
قد سمعتم انه قيل للقدماء لا تقتل و من قتل يكون مستوجب الحكم. و اما انا فاقول لكم ان كل من يغضب على اخيه باطلا يكون مستوجب الحكم و من قال لاخيه رقا يكون مستوجب المجمع و من قال يا احمق يكون مستوجب نار جهنم. (مت 5 : 21 – 22)
" You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment'. "But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council. قالوا هذا ليجربوه لكي يكون لهم ما يشتكون به عليه و اما يسوع فانحنى الى اسفل و كان يكتب باصبعه على الارض. (يو 8 : 6)
This they said, testing Him, that they might have [something] of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with [His] finger, as though He did not hear. (Joh 8 : 6)

و لما استمروا يسالونه انتصب و قال لهم من كان منكم بلا خطية فليرمها اولا بحجر. ثم انحنى ايضا الى اسفل و كان يكتب على الارض. (يو 8 : 7 – 8)
So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first". And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. (John 8 : 7 – 8)

Then those who heard [it,] being convicted by [their] conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest [even] to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. (John 8 : 9)
