  • Digital flyers
  • Solves the problem of paper flyers that do not make it home to parents
  • Parents use their phones to communicate with their campus; Peachjar takes advantage of that
  • Campus flyers are posted and approved by campus/district staff and administration and then are emailed on the requested date
  • They are also posted on the “Peachjar Flyerboard” which is embedded on all EISD websites and in the The Wildcat’s Den weekly

Elgin Education Foundation Partnership

Foundation Innovation:

  • Ongoing effort to revitalize and re-energize the organization
  • Foundation Innovation: full-service consulting firm dedicated to guiding education foundations and school districts to success
    • Team of consultants represents decades of combined experience in the nonprofit arena including administration, development, finance, HR, marketing and training specifically for public education foundations
  • Al Rodriguez serves as liaison for the EEF and Foundation Innovation to help grow the foundation and strengthen the partnership

Events:

  • Academic recognition banquet scheduled for Spring
  • Sponsor appreciation and Spring fundraising kick-off
  • Annual TopGolf event in September was the most productive to date. All proceeds from the event support the Foundation, and the students of Elgin ISD, by providing resources to enrich teaching, inspire learning, and more
