Classification/Division Reminders

  • Brainstorm all the “divisions” you can think of for this topic.
  • Group them together by some similar characteristic.
  • Name each group.
  • Make sure the groups don’t overlap / are on equal footing.
    • For Example: Cell Phones
      • Group by Size (small - average - large)
      • Group by degree (good - better - best)
      • Group by degree/price (cheap - affordable - expensive)
  • Classify and order based on chronological order or degree (size, price, type, etc).
  • Classifications = Body paragraphs
