  • Our team will try to focus on making the search and exploration tasks on the Lexis Nexis web page easy for them.
  • Inclusion of Virtual Reality (VR) in aiding legal searches will help increase efficiency, reduce the cost and time required to complete the task in hand.

Merged idea based on the votes: To create a library like experience for the user which has cases files on the shelves, and the user interacts with a virtual assistant in order to search for a specific case file and finally create a virtual wall to stick notes and create a summary.

RESULTS AND OBSERVATIONS :

  • Most users can find all operations and things they can interact with.
  • Most users are satisfied with the search results.
  • Users found the prototype easy to use
  • Most users found navigation a bit cumbersome.
  • Users seem to like the “sticky notes wall” idea.
  • In sum, users could see the prototype solve problems they would’ve faced with searching.
