Opportunities for Residents and Visitors
Opportunities and Benefits
Connecting residents and visitors
The site sits within a highly populated residential area. Retaining access and enhancing enjoyment for residents is a key driver for making the park a success.
Existing bus stop located within 2 minutes walk of the site, with a 5 minute travel time to Leamington train station along the X17 route.
Recreational and leisure opportunities

water is approximately 4-5ft deep offering opportunities for both
paddling and swimming.
Enhancing Biodiversity
Wetland Ponds - Opportunity for wetland zones within the site showcasing aquatic planting and areas for local educational use and visitor learning
Native Planting - Opportunity for planting trees and shrubs native to the area, to encourage new habitat zones and enhancing the local biodiversity
