- EIC: Program Development Year 2 presented (Federated access to S3 + more storage)
- STAR: DB server upgrades: the operation database (duval)l is updated, replica resync. Looking into replacing online DB nodes and get near final reshape / refresh of hardware. Alma Linux still being tested in VMs (CFEngine policy reshape)
- STAR storage: new “qgp” nodes available to STAR’s DM system
- ATLAS: Worked with the dCache storage team to identify and debug issue found with fts. A bi-weekly ATLAS Tier 1 meeting is now organized to bring together all team members with ATLAS work. �Working with other teams to allow coffea/casa to work at BNL SDCC.
- DUNE: Program Development extension presented. Work for the incoming data challenge (WAN transfer evaluation, Data availability at BNL). The Data Challenge is scheduled for September 6th.
- sPHENIX: working with members of SDCC and sPHENIX to define the requirements for xrootd data transfer nodes (xrootd servers).�
- Cyber plans: STAR (SDAS) + SDCC security plan and NIST 800-53. Revision available. BIA and Contingency Plan ongoing.
- Privacy Impact Assessment for the SDCC is completed nd being reviewed. STAR enclave related document will be provided next (if SDCC passes review / many items are similar).
- SDCC: ELK: Testbed deployment of ELK 8.4 (latest version). Security features are enabled by default, documenting & testing upgrade procedures from ELK 7.x (including enabling premium for analytics)
