Nurse Matteucci’s presentation helped the kids to understand the world of ER nursing. She contrasted her role in the ER with that of nurses in other areas, and impressed upon the kids the importance of STEM learning and communication skills. Inviting the kids to help her analyze different audio clips of breathing to assess lung healthiness was a major highlight!

Mr. Tatham talked to 2T all about what it means to be an informational technologist. Everyone loved the simulation of sending messages through the internet to Google headquarters and seeing what came back to us (Pokemon cards).
