What do I do?

In this task you will be asked to complete up to 3 stanzas (paragraphs) of a poem.

These poems are similar to the “I Am” poems we wrote earlier.

This is a poem written about you and a loved one

. It could be a friend, a family member, a teacher. Whoever you want. They just have to be close to you!

These poems are different than others, because they DON’T need to rhyme (although if they can if you want to challenge yourself!)

Try to think of the most creative ways to express these ideas. They seem simple, but dig deeper.
