The Life of Humility
... تعلموا مني لاني وديع ومتواضع القلب فتجدوا راحة لنفوسكم
(مت11 : 29)
… learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls .

طوبى للمساكين بالروح لان لهم ملكوت السماوات (مت 5 : 3)
"Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven (Mat 5 : 3)
فتواضعوا تحت يد الله القوية لكي يرفعكم في حينه (1بط 5 : 6)
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, (1Pe 5 : 6)
اطلبوا الرب يا جميع بائسي الارض الذين فعلوا حكمه اطلبوا البر اطلبوا التواضع لعلكم تسترون في يوم سخط الرب (صف 2 : 3)
Seek the LORD, all you meek of the earth, Who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden In the day of the LORD's anger (Zep 2 : 3)
أنا تراب ... والى التراب أعود ... سينساني الناس
I am dust … & back to dust … people will forget me
أنا أخطأت كثيراً وأستحق كل عقاب وتأديب وهلاك
I have sinned a lot and I deserve all punishment, discipline and decimation
أنا تسببت للمسيح في آلام كثيرة ... ولبعض الناس أيضاً
I caused Christ a lot of pain … & to some people too
أنا أخذت كثيراً ... ومع هذا لم أكن أميناً
I took a lot ... Yet I was not faithful

أنا ليس لي عُذر ... لأني أعرف أكثر من كثيرين ... ولا أعش
I do not have an excuse ...
As I know a lot more than the others ...
But I am not living according to it
لولا سَتر الله ونعمته، لما أحبني أحد ولما إحتملني أحد
If it was not for God’s protection & grace,
no one would have loved me or endured me

الله هو سر كل شىء صالح في حياتي
God is the reason for everything good in my life
كل الناس مخلوقين على صورة الله ... والتشوه ...
لم يلغي الصورة كاملة
All people are created in God’s image …
& the distortion … did not abolish the whole picture

الله يؤدبني لكي يُنقيني ... فيستحق كل شُكر
God corrects me to purify me …
Accordingly, He deserves all thanks
أنا أحتاج أن أتعلم كثيراً ... فأنا لا أعرف شيئاً بعد
I need to learn a lot …
cause I do not know anything yet
أنا أقل من كل الكائنات ... لأنها لم تُخطىء مثلما أخطأت
I am worse than all beings …
because they did not sin as I have

لو فارقتني رحمة الله، لكان مكاني الآن في الجحيم
If God’s mercy abandons me,
I would have been in hell now
المسيح عاش فقيراً بسيطاً وديعاً ... أخيراً ... من أجلي
Christ lived poor, simple, meek ...
The least and the last of all ... for my sake
الكرامة والمديح يُعطلان الطريق للملكوت
Dignity and praise hinder the kingdom’s way

Man looks at the outward appearance,
but the LORD looks at the heart

Obeying, wisely, those around me

Accepting humiliation & toil for Christ & others

Accept doing the lowly tasks
that may not be liked by people
خدمة غسيل الأرجل ... والخدمات المُتعبة
The Feet washing service … & the hectic services

and submitting to God’s will

Pursuit of discipleship in every way

Simple choices in everything ...
