● Wage & Hour (minimum/overtime wages, unlawful deductions, breaks, etc.)
● Paid Sick Leave (48 hr/yr, health/personal needs)
● Unequal Pay (sex-based disparities)
● Job Transparency (pay in job postings; applicant screening limits; gig work disclosures)
● Labor Relations (private sector union dues elections; public sector organizing & representation elections)
● Farm Work Conditions (heat protection, shade, water, etc.)
● Retaliation (firing/demoting/blacklisting, etc., for exercising these rights)
What We Don’t Do: Related laws we don’t cover
● Discrimination, harassment, & accommodation (CCRD)
