• As you meet with your teachers for each subject, they will tell you where to put supplies for their classes.

Lunch Expectations

INDOORS

• Wash your hands and sanitize your desks prior to eating.
• Put the lunch divider up on your desks for the duration of lunch.
• Masks can only come off once the lunch divider is up and you are sitting.
• Stay seated at your desk while eating.
• Put trash into a garbage can and sanitize the desk and your hands again after eating (at clean up time).

OUTDOORS

• Get lunch and outdoor seat from locker if needed.
• A student (assigned) will take the cafe lunch box out.
• Line up in hall into 2 lines.
• Get recess equipment (assigned)
• Wait for teacher s on duty to let you go the the outdoor classroom.
• WALK to assigned outdoor location for lunch.
• Put trash into a garbage can and pick up your area after eating
• Stay in the 6th Grade assigned locations while outside for lunch.

Recess Expectations

• Be prepared with clothing for the day’s weather conditions.
• 6th, 7th and 8th graders are allowed to mix while out at recess and social distancing. All activities (basketball, corn hole, 4 square, kickball, etc.) are open to all three grades to use during recess, except the Gaga Pit.
• The 6-8 recess area will be from the Green Climbing structure to Gaga and fitness equipment. Students need to stay in sight of staff on duty at all times.
• The Gaga Pit can only be used by one grade at a time during recess. There are designated days of the week for each grade to have a turn using it. At no time should there be multiple grades using the gaga pit together. Students are not allowed to “trade days” with other grades. For example, even if no 6th graders want to use it on Mondays or Wednesdays, it will remain closed to the other grades. Students can only play GAGA on the day of the week designated for their grade.
