Professional development plans are required. Just a reminder that the FY 27 ICCB professional development requirement is 12 professional development hours. If you do not complete your 12, preapproved, professional development hours within the current fiscal year (July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027) you will no longer be eligible to teach in the division. REMINDERS
Building Konnections Events - Please try to give time for students to these. Builds a sense of community & belongingness and helps retention.
Bookroom Resources – Again, please be a good colleague and return things when you are done (e.g., manipulatives). Others may want to use them.
Classroom Celebrations – Please limit these to the very last day of class. This is a class day, so it needs to include instruction/ practice of basic skills and meet the entire scheduled time.
Classroom Spaces – Please be a good colleague and considerate of others who teach in the same classroom. Don’t take all of the wall/storage space or leave anything on the white boards.
