Bingocize® in SNAP-Education

        • Site delivery – Community centers where older adults congregate, independent living complexes where older adults live

      • PSE/Sustainability – Advantageous (ease of Train-the Trainer model; older adults love bingo)

  • Focus on medium-term level indicators to produce outcomes related to behavior change

  • Identified critical curricula themes review (other nutrition curricula, USDA nutrition guidelines, etc.)
  • Peer-reviewed and finalized the database (n=103) with expansion of learning activities (Q, response options, learning discussion script/prompt)
    • Engaged expert reviewers (clinical RD - content , aging expert - literacy, federal SNAP-Ed coordinator)
    • Reviewed overall content for question distribution weighted by topic
    • Organized to ensure fit to Bingocize® and the flow of learning to promote behavior change
    • Added media images/videos where necessary
  • Uploaded into Bingocize system for pilot

  • Piloted using State Agency required tool (Health Behavior Checklist, 5 questions)
