Call to Order: Ericka Lozano @ 2:00 at Charlie Marshall Elementary

Old Business:

• BBQ Brisket Fundraiser: August 7 from 11 - 3 @ APHS Parking Lot
• Still accepting donations of rice, beans, bbq sauce, sausage, pickles, bread

New Business

• BBQ Brisket Fundraiser
• Bake Sale: If Cheerleaders cannot do a bake sale, then the APABC will.
• Create a flyer to pass out / post on social media
• Post Food Handler Permit information on social media
• August 3rd: Volleyball, Football, and Cross Country begin practice
• No dates for games have been finalized as of yet
• New Spirit Gear
• Spirit shirts for volleyball, football, and cross country
• Looked at Panther Paw temporary tattoos, shaker sticks, megaphones, cups
• Need to purchase banners for sponsors
• APABC Calendars may not be made this year since the schedules keep changing

• Discussed designing Fall Programs and ads
• Members in attendance voted unanimously to reimburse Ericka Lozano $15 for shipping costs that she personally reimbursed a customer from the APABC Panther Store
