Capstone Project -

Family Health History

  • Student gathers information on family health diseases and conditions
  • Student keeps it confidential in their own file on their Google Drive OR paper (their choice)
    • Health history is NOT turned in to teacher
    • Parent/guardian will sign off stating the student did the work (honor system)
  • Student researches & reflects upon the diseases and conditions
  • The student will be able to make better choices
  • The student will be able to share with doctors

On-Line Grades

  • HAC: online grades
  • Updated often, so check often!!
  • Look for MU = make up = missing
  • Missing/late work accepted for 10% off per day, up to 50%, only accepted up to 1 week after that unit
  • Students should check Google classroom for assignments, notes, class calendar, online text, etc.
