You label an objective of what you need to do and set the time for it. Put the time on the calendar

You put your phone away and close all the tabs that don’t matter to it and begin learning and analyzing what your doing.��Have I done my urgent tasks yet, not yet��I don’t drink the water at times this happens

Time ticks and you begin to panic, Instead of reading and understanding whats happening, just like in the chess games you begin to panic, You start clicking things. Because I don’t see what's going on. ��The mental talk gets kind of bad and you stop talking to yourself��For example you don’t know what your doing and instead of solving you just start clicking��Half way through the session you start looking at other tabs and the content your looking at merges

The root problem like the chess game

When I see something I have never seen before, I don’t ask questions why its the way it is and instead force myself to sit in the silence. I begin to say maybe this isn’t meant for me and then I begin to tear myself apart. Your going crazy because your brain isn’t processing any information and gets on overdrive. ��Another root problem is maybe I don’t know what exactly Im looking at ��

Solution

In this moment I have to remember during todays powerup call that its possible if you earn it. In these moments know your not wasting time and begin asking questions to analyze why a business is doing what they’re doing. How they’re doing it and try understanding what's going on by asking questions and giving your best answer to them. This is part of the learning phase of the copy campus
