Category | Description |
Delegation | What the ministry/ state asks the school leaders to do. |
Finance | Resources the ministry/ state provides to school leaders to carry out the tasks. |
Support | Assistance and training the ministry/ state provides to school leaders to do their job. This refers exclusively to training, pre- and in-service. |
Information | Information that the ministry/ state uses to evaluate school leaders’ performance. |
Motivation | Ways in which school leaders’ welfare is contingent on their performance against objectives. This can be extrinsic (mediated by the ministry/ state) or intrinsic (mediated by school leaders). |

We will adapt the RISE framework to study the relationships between different elements within the education ecosystem in XXX, from the vantage point of Education Officers (EOs). Through this we hope to:

The committee will undergo two meetings - once at the beginning and at the end of the study

In addition to the two meetings with the Steering Committee, the Technical Advisory Committee will also meet during certain key milestones of the study
