All metric hardware can be purchased on sites like Amazon or Aliexpress in large quantities. It's good to have a well assortment of different sizes available.

Either a socket head or a round head of screw will work and it is whatever your personal preference is to use.

Other Hardware Required

4x 1.9 or 1.55 tires 90-100 mm in outer diameter.

3D files do include a 1.9” tire that can be 3D printed in TPU.

Main Frame Assembly

Main Frame Assembly

Slide dovetail joints together for each piece. Make sure all support material is cleaned off thoroughly so it slides together easily. Add a little glue to make a stronger joint.

Deck Frame

Slide the left side of frame sections to together at the dovetails. Add glue for extra strength. Then repeat for the right side of the frame.

Deck Frame

Attach the two sides of the frame together and add glue at the tabs for extra strength.

Marker Lights will accept 3mm LEDs glued in from the back of the frame and Tail Lights will accept 5mm LEDs

Recommend printing Light Lens with a Semi Translucent orange and Red PETG

Lens will need to be glued in.

Attaching Floor

Use the M2 x 8mm screws on the tail section and for extra strength I recommend gluing all the floor panels down to the deck frame.

Reflective Stripes

Reflective Stripes can be glued on or attached with double sided sticky tape.

Add a colour change in your slicer for the added effect of the reflective stripes

Wheels and Tires

M3 x 10mm Screws

Inner ring not required if using 3D printed tire.

Files include both 1.55” and 1.9” wheels.

Optional 3D printed 1.9” Tire that can be printed from TPU
