Defining the role of an AI KR stategy/ist can be useful in terms of organisational planning - thanks for putting effort in pinning something down

I normally think in terms of system design/engineering, so would consider AI KR as part of a system lifecycle approach

In these slides I am thererofe translating what I would normally do as part of system developm in the stratML language, goals and KPIs

I am not sure the goals are harmonized/ stated correctly , and some items in the plan hurt badly but I cannot tell exactly why - I think they dont belong there or are stated awkardly

I ll briefly share comments on some points that are unclear in the current plan my vision for the way I would construct a plan
