As some of you may have seen, on June 30, 2026, an announcement was made that ACT is being acquired by ETS, one of the world’s most respected educational measurement organizations.

What this means for you:

Your ACT contract remains fully in effect. Nothing changes.
All scheduled test dates, administrations, and data deliveries proceed as planned and our products continue to operate exactly as they do today.
We remain your primary points of contact and are ready to answer any questions.
Student data is fully protected. ACT’s data practices and privacy standards are unchanged.

ACT has spent decades earning your trust. That trust and the relationships we have built with you are the foundation of everything we do. It is also, in no small part, the reason this partnership is happening.

The test window will remain open until August 28.
Students will use TestNav for testing, which allows access to the Desmos calculator!

^{District Testing 26-27}

Added new Initial Fall – College Reportable ONLY, meaning scores will start to report earlier in the college application season.

Districts can complete a combination CR-NCR or defer to schools to enroll in a CR option and district NCR (or vice versa).

Cost is $43.00 per completed test versus $70 (or $75 with science) for weekend testing. Science is no additional cost through district testing.

Note: Online, accommodated, and NCR options all have windows for testing. Paper, standard test dates have one day for testing.
