Regional Events

• This QR code contains the teams for regionals
• These are now FINALIZED
• Regionals will take place on January 31st however we are asking for events to be near finished to finished by December 17th.
• Keep in mind, Regionals is used for a bench mark for what to improve on for states and how you do on it can affect if you go to nationals or not

Regional Event Study

• Utilize the ENLOE TSA WEBSITE (Enloe TSA Website → Event Guides)
• Event PDF, Past Examples, and this year Theme which you must follow are all attached for each events
• Judges will judge you EXACTLY by the Rubric found at the bottom of the Event PDF
• Competitive Events Eligibility Document covers exactly what will be graded for regionals & what portions will be given feedback for.

Field Trip Forms & Event Workshops

Field Trip & Multiple Release Form

• EVERYONE is required to sign the field trip form AND Multiple Release form regardless of whether you are going to regionals or not.
• Deadline for both of these forms are December 1st and it is STRICT.
• T-Shirts will be handed out sometime between now to next meeting

Event Workshops

• Workdays: when you get together to plan and/or work on projects/studying
• Mock Judging/Peer Review: when you peer review other teams work as they do to yours. For those who are doing tests you will do practice tests. For those who don’t have another team to compare with you can have a board member review you.
• Progress Checks: Checkups to see if you are keeping up with pace. These will also minorly occur on workdays and mock judging days.

• Event workshops are MANDATORY for all members going to Regionals
• November → December time frame
• Three main types of workshops: Workdays, Peer review/mock judging, and Progress checks
• This is a moment for you to ask questions to our advisors or to the board regarding your event or the rubric.
