Hit

  • Illegal contact is anything that hinders the freedom of movement of the opponent
    • Disrupts the RSBQ

  • Placing two hands on a player
  • Placing extended arm bar on player
  • Placing, and keeping, a hand on a player
  • Contacting a player more than once with the same hand, or alternating hands
