In English: his, her, my, our, their, and your.
They MUST agree with the noun they modify (sing/plu) (masc/fem).
Possessive adjectives come before the noun
You DON’T need articles with possessive adjectives.
Most common mistakes:

Nos is NOT possessive!

Instead of saying “my shoe”, you are replacing it with “mine”

Very important: Possessive Pronouns agree in gender and number with the possessed thing, not with the owner.
