Installing brushes to photoshop

Locate a free brush you like and click free download

There will be a timer then a zip file will download

Open your downloads and locate the zip file

Double click on the zip file and it will open a folder with a .abr file or just the .abr file

  • Go to Photoshop
  • Select the Brush Tool
  • Right click on the canvas
  • Select the Gear in the top right corner
  • Select import brushes

When the window opens, navigate to the downloads folder and locate the .abr file and select it then select open

Scroll down to the bottom of your brushes and a new folder should be there

  • REMEMBER: put brushes on a new blank layer so you can transform them
