Isaiah 14:12-14 = Satan’s “counterfeit Jehovah/anti-Jehovah” movement began in Heaven with “the third part” of the angelic realm choosing to follow/serve him rather than/instead of ‎עֶלְיוֹן יְה‍ֹוָה= Jehōvah ʿelyōn.

Genesis 3:1-5 = Having failed to depose “the LORD [Jehovah]” in his heavenly rebellion, Satan brought his “counterfeit Jehovah/anti-Jehovah” movement to the earth where he succeeded in getting the totality of the human realm (Adam/Eve) to choose to follow/serve him rather than/instead ofאֱלֹהִים יְה‍ֹוָה = Jehōvah ʿelōhim.

Satan’s “counterfeit Jehovah/anti-Jehovah” religion [“belief system”] was instituted on the earth having two major tenants—

Deathlessness of man [“Ye shall not surely die”]

Deification of man [“Ye shall be as gods [אֱלֹהִים]”]

—with Satan having established himself as “the god of this world” (2 Corinthians 4:4).

“4:19–24. The seventh from Adam through Cain was Lamech (probably a contemporary of the righteous Enoch, also seventh from Adam, 5:3–21). Lamech altered the plan of God and married two women. His family produced musical instruments (the harp and flute) and implements (tools out of bronze and iron) to make life enjoyable. But in spite of this prosperous good life, evil was advancing ominously. Lamech slew a youthful warrior who wounded him and demanded greater leniency in any vengeance that might come his way than that afforded to Cain (4:24). Lamech boasted about the murder (the word killed in v. 23 is hāraḡ, ‘to slay, to slaughter,’ the same word used of Cain’s murder of Abel, vv. 8, 25). So here is a picture of an affluent society defying God and His laws, seeking pleasure and self-indulgence. Into this world Israel (and later the church) would come as a kingdom of priests to proclaim God’s righteousness.”
