Actividad 1 (“Hacer Una”)- Escribir las fracciones en tarjetas de índice o imprimir páginas 3-7

Actividad 2 (“Hacer una pareja”)- Esté actividad es interactivo en páginas 8. También, se puede imprimir las tarjetas y jugar el juego con ellos y discutir las parejas.

Actividad 3 (“En entre”) - Necesitarás 3 dados, papel, y una lápiz. Si no tiene dados, puede imprimir la página 11 y hacer un dado.

Actividad 4 (“NIM”)- Necesitarás 17 contadores que podrían ser cualquier cosa pequeña como Cheerios, frijoles secos.

Actividad 5, 6, 7 - No son materiales adicionales para estas actividades, pero necesitarás papel y una lápiz.

Actividad 8 (“El saludo”) - Necesitarás una baraja de cartas de juego y 3 personas.

Die Template

When making a die, cut the outline, Place numbers so that opposite sides add up to 7 (so if you write a 3 on top, write a 4 on the bottom)and and then fold on dotted lines and tape.

Marble Maze

Materials: Straws, tape, scissors, 2 cardboard lids, construction paper or toilet paper roll, straws, and a marble

Directions: Cut one hole in the side or bottom of 1 of the boxes large enough for the marble to go through.

Cut straws different lengths, and tape into the lid to create a maze that leads marble to hole.

Continue with a maze into second lid.

Using paper, toilet paper rolls, other supplies, add to the maze.

Time how long it takes the marble to get from one end of the maze to another.

Extra Activity - String Art

Materials:Foam board with pins or wood piece with nails

Different color strings and scissors

Copy of the Home Template

  • This could be done with straightedge and colored pencils

Template https://www.decorhomeideas.com/downloads/string-art-pattern-1.jpg or next slide

Directions: Help your child attach template to foam board or wood and place pins or nails where shown on template. Then remove template.

On the pins(nails) that make the letters, take the string to each nail and go around outline. Then with a different color string, come up with a pattern to go across letter shapes.

  • If using colored pencils, trace dot to dot to form letters, then determine a pattern and draw straight lines from dot across dot using straightedge and different color pencils.
