CCIF TA Provider

  • Business Oregon, Department of Early Learning and Care, and other state agencies are implementing a funding program to provide financial assistance for child care infrastructure needs
  • CCIF is a competitive statewide grant focused on providing funds for establishment, expansion, and improvements of child care facilities across the state
  • Goal is to boost the availability and quality of child care facilities and resources provided to them, leading to critical support for families and communities across Oregon

  • Acknowledge and uphold the sovereign rights of the nine federally recognized Tribes in Oregon.
  • Enhance access to high-quality, community-based early learning programs and facilities for Tribal families.
  • Improve access to culturally responsive programming that honors Indigenous culture, identity, and traditions.
  • Support the development of capacity and infrastructure for Oregon tribal early learning centers.
  • Foster collaboration between Tribal communities and state agencies to strengthen early learning childcare centers and providers.
