The theme files for Naked Skeleton

Required or important

The style.css file, which is empty except for the required header information.
The index.html file, which is the only template file, and which includes no added blocks, template parts, or block patterns. N.B.: The demo website has some markup for demo purposes.
The theme.json file (not required, but important, and the file that will be focused on in the discussion that follows)

Not required

The patterns.php file, which disables loading of block patterns from WP core or the wordpress.org pattern directory.
The functions.php file, which requires the patterns.php file.
An assets folder, which contains a fonts folder with no font files. These may be added by the designer through the Create Block Theme plugin, which we’ll see shortly.
