Analyzing gene expression data

Gene expression changes when it’s sorted by region

-Some possible hypotheses

1)These regions have cells with different functions

If this is true, you would expect to see genes that work in the same pathway expressed together in the same regions.

How can you find out if they function in the same pathway? What data is available? Biological databases, genome browsers
