Digital Badge Program Creation

The APS 2020 Strategic Plan has 3 goals:

  1. Every student will have a plan for his or her future.

2. Every student will have a set of skills to implement his or her plan.

3. Every student will have credentials that open doors.

2. Students earn the Summit Badge after they get all the Journey Badges. This opens up a Badge Learning Experience with one of our community endorsers.

1. Students earn Journey Badges by showing they have developed the skill.

What are our STUDENTS saying?

@EdTechARose

#CredentialAPS

“That’s like looking at their strengths before looking at their weakness….If you look at their weakness that’s going to make the work, the homework, the tests, everything hard. If you look at their strengths, it gives the teacher a better understanding of how you could do the work and everything else.”

“It motivates you to keep doing your best in things that you don’t usually get recognized in.”
