The process starts with sourcing the right artifact or costume and an authentic model. In our studio, makeup artist and costume designer prepare the model for scanning.

The setup involves a sophisticated photogrammetry rig adjusted specifically for the model, with precise lighting and settings crucial for capturing the perfect scan.

After capturing images with 130x Canon EOS 250D synchronized cameras, the raw scan often exhibits some imperfections.

Photos captured by the photogrammetry rig are processed through specialized software to reconstruct a detailed 3D scan.

Our skilled digital artists, knowledgeable in anatomy and sculpture, meticulously clean and refine these scans.

The final stage, re-topology, reduces the polygon count to decrease file size while maintaining sharp textures.
