Get Clarity

Focus on one thing at a time.

Know what you will and will not do – be okay with saying ‘no’

Turn off your damn notifications

Cultivate a Rich Non-Work Life
AKA Get a hobby.

Be clear about

Help them understand their value

Enforce reasonable work hours

Don’t send email or slack messages after 5 PM

Encourage them to take all of their vacation time

Have regular 1-1’s & actively listen

Don’t only celebrate the big wins, celebrate the small wins too.
