Copy a form without the data
Step 1: Go to accompanying spreadsheet & make a copy
Step 2: Change URL of new sheet from /edit… to /copy to force users to make copy
Step 3: Users go to Form - Edit Form and they are editing their new copy of the form without interfering with your data

Submit Drawings in Forms
Step 1: Make a Paragraph text question in a Google Form like the one above.
Step 2: Students create drawings in Drawings. Then, they go to File-Publish to the Web & copy this link.
Step 3: Students paste link in the question in the Google Form & then submit.
Step 4: in responses sheet, make column called Images & copy =Image(cell) on column. Images will appear!
