Session Description: Students become invested in their own education when they take ownership of their work, and technology has made it possible to give students ownership at an early age. We will learn how electronic portfolios like Seesaw and Google Sites can provide students a platform to curate and display their best work, a chance to reflect on their own learning, and a way to visualize their academic progress throughout their school years.

Overview:
What is an ePortfolio?
An ePortfolio (electronic portfolio) is an electronic collection of evidence that shows your learning journey over time. Portfolios can relate to specific academic subjects or your lifelong learning. Evidence may include writing samples, photos, videos, research projects, observations by mentors and peers, and reflective thinking. The key aspect of an eportfolio is your reflection on the evidence, such as why it was chosen and what you learned from the process of developing your eportfolio.
