We will use the next couple of slides to get you started on the application and will go over some quick tips.

Welcome! Here is what you will need to complete your application today:

Your contact info (legal name, phone, address)
Your personal email
Your Social Security Number (SSN) if applicable
Your overall GPA and junior year classes w/grades

Create an account if you have not taken any college classes.
If you have been part of High School Enrichment or Dual Enrollment you will have the login information.
If you forgot your login, click “Sign In” and “Forgot?”

Make sure you are ready to use a personal email account, not your high school email.

Make sure you are entering everything correctly, including your legal name. It is more difficult to change later after you have submitted your application.

It is important to put your Social Security Number (if you have one) in the application to verify your identity.

Use a personal email. Do not use your CUSD email.

Continue with the Permanent Address information.

Write down or save your Username and Password in your phone.

Continue with the Security Questions. Choose questions you’ll remember the answers to later.

If you have successfully created the account, you will be directed to start “Start a New Application”. See next slide.

2. If you clicked on the “Forgot?” option and reset your password, you will start from the beginning and go to https://bit.ly/CCCApplyDualE 🡪 “Sign In” 🡪 “Start a New Application”

You will see past applications if you were part of High School Enrichment or Dual Enrollment.

IMPORTANT - TERM you are applying for: Spring 2022 HS Enrich/DUAL Enrollment (January 10, 2022 to May 20, 2022).

Click continue to move forward.

If you see xxx-xx-xxxx, you have added your SSN. If you do not see this, please put your SSN in by clicking, “Edit Account”.

IMPORTANT - You are “Enrolling in high school (or lower grade) and college at the same time”.

This section will automatically populate.

IMPORTANT – In the Supplemental Questions, select “Clovis Community College” as your Primary Location

Make sure to double check all your answers on clicking on the “Review My Application” button on the Submission page!

If you submitted an application and you want to change your major and/or community college, you can do this when you speak to a college counselor during our spring advising sessions.

Keep an eye out for your application confirmation email from SCCCD Admissions and Records. This email will have your Student ID number and your MyPortal login info. Make sure to save this email!
