Scope:

The scope of the EHMS (Enterprise Housing Management System), implementation project is to implement an enterprise level bed management system that will provide a comprehensive U-M branded resident housing portal. The portal will support the housing applications/contract process, meal plan�

• To overcome this problem, I have taken help of google Excel, Document, Lucid Chart, etc., to created one common document for all so that no one needs to remember all their document links.
• I used Lucid charts for creating process workflows for the departments

selection, room & roommate self-selection, LLC’s/themed communities, move-in/out appointments, electronic capture of contract signature, roommate agreements and a robust reporting module to support the growing analytical needs of housing.

Problem

• The main problem was, due to multiple departments, it’s been difficult to remember all the document’s links and document’s name
