CHECK IN & OUT
Check dancers IN and OUT before and after rehearsals / performances.
Ensure younger dancers do not leave unsupervised and ensure no one enters the facility that should not be there.
Monitor the hallways & stairways and keep noise levels in check.
SUPERVISION
Supervision of the younger dancers
Assist with costumes, hair and make-up
Monitor timing to the stage.
Offer support and supervise quiet activities during down time.
Ensure noise levels stay low and that the dancers do not leave their assigned location unsupervised.
COSTUMES
Assist Via in prepping costumes for performances. This includes steaming and minor costume alterations.
Help keep costumes organized.
Help Mother Gelato dress/undress and maneuver to and from stage.
BOUTIQUE SALES
Assist and encourage boutique sales. This will include payment transactions as well as bagging/wrapping purchases. Help restock as needed.�
BACKSTAGE
Help with quick costume changes, noise levels and movement between Stage Left and Stage Right.
