BACKGROUND
Remote.com offers global employment of record (EOR) services to help businesses onboard, offer benefits, and pay workers around the world. Before its partnership with Sculpt, Remote was active everywhere, but trying to find new ways to position itself as a #RemoteWork thought leader in a competitive landscape.
APPROACH
Sculpt leaned into proactive engagement strategies and new content pillars that aimed to connect Remote with global communities of remote professionals, including influencers, customers, and advocates.
RESULTS
North of 78,000 new LinkedIn followers, a 36% lift in monthly average LinkedIn interactions, and more than 6,700 engagements (comments, reactions) earned from proactive replies.

AGILE SOCIAL MEDIA FOR ENERGY LEADER
BACKGROUND
Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and industrial automation solutions. Their North America marketing team was looking to elevate their social media presence and needed strategic guidance and hands-on support to bring new initiatives to life.
APPROACH
Sculpt consulted on modern practices to improve reach and engagement for their brand and segment marketing on social. After early wins, our support expanded to daily customer care, content publishing, employee advocacy, and reporting in Sprinklr. Sculpt also launched successful influencer campaigns for new products, and managed event campaigns at their annual Innovation Summit.
RESULTS

🚀ACCELERATING SOCIAL FOR A (LITERAL) ROCKET BUILDER
BACKGROUND
Velo3D needed help accelerating their social media presence to pair with a customer acquisition and PR blitz ahead of their IPO. As a hypergrowth startup, Velo3D needed a team that could work closely with theirs in a period of rapid growth — all while creating content that educated and entertained their business and engineering audience segments.
APPROACH
Sculpt took over social media content creation and paid social strategy with an initial goal to 2x followers. Through a close collaboration, Sculpt found the right recipe of organic video and sponsored content to sustain monthly audience growth while contributing to Velo3D’s aggressive top-of-funnel goals.
RESULTS
Velo3D doubled their LinkedIn followers in the first year and continued outpacing competitors on the platform with best-in-category content. With the support of the Sculpt team, Velo3D was able to test new concepts quickly and increase engagement rate on ads and organic content while maintaining a high degree of brand coherence.

BACKGROUND
Sculpt worked with Sun Pacific to transform the social media content, amplification, and engagement strategy for two of their popular brand, including Cuties citrus fruit. Their social presence was flat, and still focused on traditional but tired ‘kid-friendly snack’ positioning.
APPROACH
Sculpt introduced new content series, a refreshed brand personality, and seasonal activations based on discoveries found in the listening/strategy phase.
RESULTS
Sculpt reversed a declining engagement trend and contributed to a massive lift in social and business KPIs across the board, including triple-digit growth in reach and 75% growth in followers on Twitter with only 50% of the allocated paid budget. Throw in some unexpected celebrity moments, an official Disney collaboration, and lots of surprise and delight and you have one very successful year of partnership.

CALL BLOCKER KILLS IT ON TIKTOK
BACKGROUND
Robokiller is a spam call and text blocker app. After a real user’s viral video led to a spike in downloads, Sculpt came on to launch the official channel, leverage the creator for a bigger partnership, and build off the initial fame.

Our approach to TikTok was multifaceted. It included:

Robokiller quickly saw the benefits of activating on the platform ahead of its competitors. It experienced rapid growth, receiving thousands of new followers in just a few months. Robokiller was able to jumpstart a viral channel that drew millions of eyes to its brand with content that could be leveraged for cross-platform advertising and direct-acquisition campaigns. Our TikTok posts became their paid team’s top performing ad creatives.

Livability.com shares the best places to live, work, and visit in the United States, and generates more than 11 million visits annually. Their editorial team wanted to grow the owned social media audience to better align with their target audience and mission.
APPROACH
Sculpt proposed a forward-thinking content and community engagement strategy with 8 new creative pillars after an in-depth audit of their current presence. We used crawl, walk, and run milestones to help their team balance short-term constraints with long-term opportunities.

VACAY READY WITH MICRO INFLUENCERS
BACKGROUND
Our client asked us to help them with their first-ever Influencer campaign focused on brand awareness. They wanted us to explore how to increase share of voice and to reach decision makers during peak travel and vacation months.
APPROACH
Our micro-content influencer campaign featured engaging videos of influencers demonstrating how they planned for vacation with and without Confluence. After the initial publishing wave, we repurposed the content to launch our client's TikTok & YouTube and ran ads to drive cold traffic to the client's product pages rewarm key audiences. �The total investment was under $16K.
RESULTS
Our TikTok and YouTube Shorts content with three influencers and eleven videos was a huge success. To build on this, we repurposed eight videos to launch our client's channels, leading to 272,623 additional views, with 24.24K organic views (8% of total) before running ads for greater cold audience awareness.

BACKGROUND
As Blend.com ramped up ABM, social, content, and demand-gen campaigns, they built lots of long-form content, but lacked effective creative to market them.
APPROACH
Sculpt repurposed pillar assets into batches of dozens and eventually hundreds of thumb-stopping post and ad variants—formatted for every placement.
RESULTS
Sculpt provided expedited creative for high-impact campaigns at a high production value—without sacrificing precious internal resources. One pilot project turned into a multi-year relationship as the elevated campaigns outperformed baseline campaigns (ABM KPIs, CPC, CPL). In one ABM campaign, Sculpt creative had a 50% higher CTR and dropped CPL by 18% compared to the benchmarked campaign.

NETSCOUT sells security and monitoring solutions to the largest organizations in the world. They need continuous engagement with key decision makers. Their challenge isn’t pillar content, but distribution, resonance, and SOV.
APPROACH
Sculpt collaborates with the NETSCOUT digital marketing and creative teams + agencies to develop social-friendly creative assets for all brand, solution, and event campaigns.

CIVCO invents and markets innovative solutions to a hard-to-reach audience, made harder by COVID: radiologists, hospital decision makers, and other healthcare pros.
APPROACH
Sculpt leveraged LinkedIn and Facebook ads for �a variety of content offers across lifecycle stages. Based on CRM data and sales team feedback, we pivoted away from MQL-focused ads (whitepapers) towards lower-funnel SQL ads (sample requests). We test creative offers monthly to lower CPA.
RESULTS
Sculpt has increased ad spend progressively as we exceeded benchmarks for lead volume and CPL ($50-80). The LinkedIn leads were consistently more qualified than other PPC channels.
We targeted specific roles with a variety of content offers, then leaned into sample requests.

CRUSHING EXPECTATIONS WITH PAID SOCIAL & VIDEO
BACKGROUND
ICR IOWA is an economic development organization serving the greatest market in the world—the Iowa City-Cedar Rapids area. ICR tapped Sculpt to jumpstart the ‘Talent Hub,’ an innovative job-matching program built on HubSpot with a goal of recruiting quality candidates to local employers.
APPROACH
Starting from zero, we needed a bold pitch to get candidates in the funnel. We produced a series of social video ads featuring the Director of Talent Attraction that spoke directly to what our audience wanted most, and designed a self-aware email nurturing sequence to earn trust and get meetings booked.
RESULTS
At the beginning of the campaign, we joked that our real goal was to attract so many leads that our client wouldn’t be able to keep up. Be careful what you wish for. We smashed their top-of-funnel goal of 500 qualified candidate leads with time to spare, and maintained the lead volume for four consecutive years.

BACKGROUND
Livability won clients through the strength of their brand and the hustle of their BD team. When Zoom became the norm, it was time for a digital-first approach to reach their niche audience.
APPROACH
Sculpt employed a continuous improvement and testing plan to find the winning combinations of LinkedIn offers, audiences, and ads month-over-month.
RESULTS
The campaigns opened the dialogue with multiple statewide organizations — who have historically been harder to meet with in the past, and resulted in new closed won opportunities. Our Campaign Managers made constant optimizations throughout the first six months to bring in a total of 218 leads at a $47.19 cost per lead average, -61% under the target CPL.
