  1. Stay in touch with your child’s teacher for additional daily suggestions and ideas. They know your child very well and they are here to help you with questions or issues you may have at home with schedules and distance learning.

  • While life is stressful and uncertain for all of us at this time, please do not hesitate to reach out for help at any time. We will get through this together!

  • Remember, you are not able to care for your child(ren) if YOU are not well. Be sure to take some time each day for yourself, too. Even if it’s only for 15-20 minutes.
