- Class teacher to Monitor attendance and follow up
- 4.5 % automatically enter a tracking group on Hero.
- Call or email for every absence, when we have not heard from family (Office Team)
- Attendance is shared daily with the Ministry of Education

- Monitor the attendance data from all schools
WORRYING�Up to 10 days absence a term

- Return your child to regular attendance

- Work with the school and come to school for a meeting to put a “My Every Day Attendance Plan” together to improve attendance

- DP and team leader to send a formal email to arrange a meeting and put an “My Every Day Attendance Plan” together.
- Work together to improve attendance
- Record this on Hero under attendance management plan
- If parents do not attend meeting, referral to principal who will refer to the Attendance Service.
